Story
Generalized, The Adventures of Felix Fox is about the story of how one unlucky fox lives in what can only appear as a cruel world. The story’s character, Felix is a nice and helpful sort; unfortunately he’s often as unlucky as he is nice.
Felix lives in a world of animals, he resides in a place called Evergreen. Evergreen, like many countries, is a country divided between the wild, and civilization. Part of Evergreen is a city, not unlike a real world city. The city thrives on technology, is woven by politics, and can be very deranged from nature. The wild part of Evergreen is a forest. In the forest animals live to each other constantly strive to survive. Despite the chaotic surface of the forest, it’s actually very peaceful. The fact is no where’s perfect.
Felix views the best and the worst of both worlds as he often crosses back and forth between the forest and the city. Much like his life, his opinions are often somewhere in between. He never forces his own beliefs or dismisses others. His sense of neutrality often leaves him getting hit from both sides during a discrepancy of closed minds.
In summary, the story is about a merry victim of circumstance seemingly without much purpose in life, actively lending a hand to those around him despite his good intentions often being dragged out into dire situations. He’s living proof against an old motto, “It never hurts to help”, but that never seems to stop him from following it.
